B. Dusting walls, baseboards, fixtures, and furnishings-cabinets counters, shelving
C. Vacuum clean/dust display cases inside and outside
D. Shine all stainless steel
RESTROOMS
A. Clean & sanitize full restroom including toilets/urinals, sinks, doors,
B. Wipe clean walls as necessary
WINDOW CLEANING
A. All interior & ext. windows, which includes vestibules, and all doors
B. Wash inside glass & window, remove all dirt, smudges, fingerprints, streaks, cobwebs
CARPET CARE
A. Vacuum carpet
B. Spot clean carpets (looking for visible spots)
CERAMIC TILE/SLATE CLEANING
A. Machine scrub all ceramic tile/Slate floors (including restrooms)
B. Dust mop entire floor area
C. Damp mop with cold water cleaner
VCT TILE Clean & Seal
A. Complete gum, embedded material & scuff mark removal.
B. Sweep & damp mop all exposed tile areas.
